Job Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to the Director, including word processing, data management, travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, filing, and receiving and returning phone calls
- Prioritizes mail and communications for Director, ensuring mails are looked into promptly, and all incoming and outgoing documents and correspondences are complete
- Prepares materials to be used in Management Meetings, as required, and drafts the minutes of the meetings
- Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings. Attend meetings in order to record minutes
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, and maintaining records management systems.
- Organize external and internal events
Job Requirements:
- Female, Maximum 28 years old
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) from Secretary Academy
- Having minimum 3 years experience in similar position
- Having trustworthy, precise, self motivated, teamwork, hardworking, interpersonal skill, communication skill, fast learner, proactive, and self initiative
- Having ability in managing time efficiently and mature
- Proficient with computer literacy, minimum Ms. Word, Ms. Excell, and Ms. Powerpoint
- Good command of English both written and spoken is a must
- Willing to work in Pluit (North Jakarta)
