CALL CENTER

Job Description       :
  • Lead and develop several call agents
  • Organize agents shift schedule effectively to solve customer inquiries and complaints promptly
  • Evaluate agents performance
  • Deal directly with customer either by telephone or email
  • Ensure all call center activity are complete and update
Requirement :
  • Bachelor degree from reputable university major in Engineering or Communication with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Age 25-30 years old
  • Has 1 year experience in call center or customer handling
  • Has good analytical thinking, logic of verbal, good perspective, and more on accuracy
  • Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, and team work
  • Fluent in English (both oral and written)
  • Computer literate, fast learned, can work under pressure, available work overtime, hard working, and has interest in automotive
