LOGISTIC OPERATION
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities :

• Fully responsible in handle logistic cost.
• Verify monthly invoice from 3PL to ensure correct cost from 3PL
• Track monthly inventory to manage insurance
• Review issues and suggest integrated solution on the operation

Requirements :

• Male.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• At least 3- 5 years working experience in Logistic.
• Possess any experience in finance.
• Familiat with SAP would be an advantage.
• Posses excellent knowledge in operating Microsoft Excel.
• Good analytical thinking.
• Pay attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to work independently under minimum supervision and/or in a team.

ADMINISTRATION IMPORT
Jakarta Raya – Jakarta

Responsibilities :

• Candidate must have experience in import procedure.
• Experience in Logistic / Supply Chain/Export Import will be advantage.
• Dealing with the import team.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Law, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Contract position available

TAX SUPERVISOR
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Understand the current tax regulations, procedures and requirements.
• Conducting Tax Audit.
• Monthly Tax Compliance.
• Responsible in making Tax Report.
• Calculation of withholding tax.
• Manage tax and accounting reconciliation.
• Submission of Tax form and Tax payment in timely manner.
• Having good network with tax authority.

Requirements :

• Preferably Male
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Having at least 3 years experience in conducting Tax Audit and doing Monthly Tax Compliance is a must.
• Holding Brevet A and Brevet B certificates.
• Independent and work into detail.
• Fluent in English.
• Full Time position available.
